When I moved to Lake Gaston in 1998 from Buffalo, NY I needed a hearing aid specialist to help me with my current aids.  Randy and his staff provided me with excellent care even though my hearing aids were not purchased from Watkins.  Over the past fourteen years, Watkins has worked with me through two upgrades of “in the ear canal” aids.  Whenever I needed a tune up or adjustments, Randy was more than willing to listen to my problems and then correct or readjust my aids.  Now that I am ready for my third upgrade, this time to a behind the ear model, I plan to continue using the Starkey Aids.  They are a very reliable product and offer the latest and best hearing aid technology available.  The service from Watkins can’t be beat. I would highly recommend anyone in need of Hearing Aids to visit Watkins.

If one needs a highly skilled and top professional hearing services, come yo Southside, VA! My husband and I have hearing issues and needed hearing device sorely. We found Watkins Hearing Center in Farmville. Our challenge was the cost of a pair of hearing aids are sky high and may not be able to afford them. Much to our surprise, Watkin’s Hearing Center works with several health & medical insurance plans that owning one will no longer be a hassle. To top all that, Randy Watkins is always up to date with the latest hearing innovations and his office has consistently reminds us to have our device checked. We have been extremely pleased with Watkin’s proactive customized services, efficiency and the choices of their locations are strategically beneficial to their clients. I personally believed that Watkin’s Hearing Center is the best kept secret entity in Southside Virginia. We are grateful that we discovered them!

It’s been almost 2 years since I have been to Watkins Hearing Aid Center, where I got my hearing aids. My left ear had stopped transmitting and my right ear wasn’t able to hear anything. The gentleman who did the service on my equipment was most helpful. After checking both hearing aids, he changed out the screens on the right one, and replaced the back cover on the left one. And magically they started working like new. In addition, he replaced the desicant device that is located inside the charger, so that while they are charging, they can get dried out. The one that was in there was the original one. (They are only going to last up to 6 months) All of this service took less than 10 minutes..! And the best part of this whole thing is that it was done at no charge..! I will definitely recommend Watkins Hearing Aid Center to all of my friends who are in need of hearing assistance. These people are top notch in my humble opinion. I will never think of going anywhere else.

At first I was a little bit quiery because I know how all my previous hearing aid appts went. It was quick and after the test I was told what I needed. So when he explained the hearing aid I would be getting at first I was concerned because in the past they had to do a mold on my ear but once I went back to pick them up I was satisfied. They are perfect. I’ve always been self-concious about the appearance but these are perfect and they work great. I’ve only had one problem, they called me in right away and the problem was resolved.
